Rapid tournaments in the Seville area 12

These tournaments are played at rapid time controls, which lets a whole event finish in a morning or an evening. Town halls stand behind many of them: the Ayuntamiento de Brenes with its August international at the Sala Blas Infante, Camas with its open at the Polideportivo Pepe Flores, Utrera with the inter-school tournament of its cultural week, Pilas with the open at the local peña, and Gines with a team event in January and the summer night tournament of Abgena Gines.

Younger players have their own rapid dates: the Olimpiada Interescolar of the Diputación at FIBES, the youth stages of the provincial circuit, the quarterly tournaments of the Escuela Deportiva Gines Juventus and the language-week tournament of the IES Jacarandá in Brenes. The university championship of SADUS and El Trebejo Solidario in the Parque del Alamillo complete the list.
